Homecoming Day 60 Second Shopping Spree Official Rules
Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Living Fresh Market, 7520 Roosevelt Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130.
1. Sponsor.
Forest Park Plaza LLC, doing business as Living Fresh Market, 7520 Roosevelt Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130 ("Sponsor").
2. Who Can Enter.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and are FRESH Rewards members. Membership is free. You can join in the Living Fresh Market app before Homecoming Day, or with a staff member at the spree table on Homecoming Day. Joining requires no purchase, and you do not have to agree to receive marketing emails or texts to join or to enter.
Not eligible: employees of Sponsor and of its parent and affiliated companies, employees of its advertising, promotion, and production agencies, vendors that supply the store and their employees, the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses) of any of them, and anyone living in the same household as any of them. Anyone who won a Living Fresh Market shopping spree in the 12 months before October 31, 2026 is not eligible to win.
3. How To Enter.
The entry period runs from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Central Time on Saturday, October 31, 2026, in the store only. To enter, come to the spree table, show your FRESH Rewards membership (or join there), and fill out a free two part entry ticket. One part goes in the drawing bin and you keep the other part. Print your full name as it appears on your photo ID.
Limit one entry per person. Extra entries will be removed, and anyone who knowingly submits more than one may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete or illegible, or that are made outside the entry period, will not be counted.
4. The Drawing.
Sponsor will draw four tickets at random from all eligible entries at 1:00 PM Central Time on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the store. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Claiming A Prize. You Must Be Present.
For each ticket drawn, Sponsor will announce the name and ticket number. The person drawn must come to the spree table within three minutes of the announcement, hold the matching ticket half, and show a valid government issued photo ID in the same name as the ticket. If that person does not respond within three minutes, cannot show a matching ticket and ID, is not eligible, does not sign the release in Rule 8, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor will draw another ticket. Drawing continues until four winners are confirmed or no eligible entries remain.
6. The Prize.
Each of the four winners receives one 60 second shopping spree. Maximum approximate retail value: $300 per winner, $1,200 for all four prizes. The actual value depends on the items collected and may be less.
The spree covers merchandise sold by Living Fresh Market in the store. It does not cover alcohol; tobacco and vaping products; lottery tickets; gift cards, prepaid cards, money orders, and stamps; prescription and pharmacy counter items; or anything sold by an independent business operating inside the store.
Items are valued at their regular shelf price before sales tax, even if an item is on sale. Items sold by weight are valued at the scale price. If a winner's items total more than $300 before tax, the winner chooses which items to put back until the total is $300 or less, and may buy any of the returned items at the regular price plus applicable tax.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor pays any sales or use tax due on prize items. Each winner is responsible for any income tax on the prize.
7. Spree Rules.
- The spree runs on Homecoming Day after the drawing, at a time, start point, and route set by Sponsor. Sponsor keeps the official time, and its timing is final.
- Only the winner may shop, using the cart Sponsor provides. No helpers are allowed, except that a winner who is unable to run may have a runner assigned by Sponsor.
- One of each item, unless Sponsor announces a higher limit before the spree starts.
- No setting aside items or carts in the aisles before the spree. Doing so disqualifies the winner.
- For everyone's safety: no climbing shelves, no pulling down displays, and no pushing or blocking other people. Sponsor may pause or end any spree that becomes unsafe, and may disqualify a winner who breaks these spree rules.
8. Release And Publicity.
Before the spree starts, each winner must sign Sponsor's winner release, liability waiver, and publicity consent. A winner who does not sign forfeits the prize. The drawing and the spree will be filmed and photographed. Except where prohibited by law, the signed consent allows Sponsor to use each winner's name, likeness, voice, and city of residence to promote Living Fresh Market, without further pay, as stated in that consent, which may also allow agency portfolio use with Sponsor's approval.
9. General Conditions.
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on every matter about this promotion. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry or drawing process, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsafe way. If the drawing or any spree cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may change, suspend, or cancel it and, where possible, select winners from eligible entries received before the change.
10. Limit Of Liability.
To the extent the law allows, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible, or misplaced entry tickets. By accepting a prize, each winner releases Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, its agencies, and their employees from claims arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
11. Your Information.
The information on your entry ticket is used only to run this drawing. Entry tickets that are not drawn are kept until November 30, 2026 and then destroyed. Winner records (the signed release, a copy of the prize receipt, the prize value, and the date won) are kept separately for at least 12 months to apply Rule 2, and longer where the law requires. Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails or texts. Information you give to join FRESH Rewards is covered by the program's terms and Sponsor's Privacy Policy at livingfreshmarketfp.com/privacy-policy.
12. Governing Law.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute about this promotion will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
13. Winners' Names.
To ask for the winners' names, write to Sponsor at the address in Rule 1 by November 30, 2026.
14. Which Rules Govern.
These Official Rules govern the Homecoming Day shopping spree. Where any other shopping spree rules or guidelines published by Sponsor differ from these rules, these rules control for Homecoming Day.
